Obituary for Gloria Beltran
Gloria M. Beltran was born in Quila, Sinaloa, Mexico on January 3, 1944 to parents Antonio and Maria Garcia. Gloria grew up in Cosala, Sinaloa Mexico and was a hard-working woman. She had many jobs throughout her life. Gloria particularly enjoyed her career as a kindergarten teacher in Mexico. Gloria married her soulmate, Luis in 1964 and soon after welcomed their two children, Maria Carmen and Luis Alfonso. The family moved to Shafter in 1993 and Gloria decided to become a stay at home mom… and care for her growing family. Gloria was a caring person who cared about everyone’s well-being, especially with her grandchildren and great- grandchildren. She was a devoted wife, grandmother and great- grandmother who gave great advice. Gloria walked through God’s heavenly gates on July 3, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.
Gloria is survived by her beloved husband, Luis Beltran; daughter, Maria Carmen Beltran; son, Luis Alfonso Beltran; grandchildren, Yolanda, Baltazar, Alex, Berenice, Luis, Angel; great- grandchildren, Baltazar Jr. and Myla. And Daugther in law Yolanda Beltran. Gloria is preceded in death by her parents; Antonio and Maria Garcia.
A Mass of a Christian Burial will be held, Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at 8:30am at St. Therese Catholic Church. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 from 4-8pm with a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6pm at Peters Funeral Home in Shafter, Ca.
Gloria M. Beltran nació en Quila, Sinaloa, México el 3 de enero de 1944 sus padres Antonio y María Garcia. Gloria creció en Cosala, Sinaloa México y era una mujer trabajadora. Ella tuvo muchos trabajos a lo largo de su vida. Gloria particularmente disfruto de su carrera como profesora de jardín de niños en Cosala, Sinaloa México. Gloria se casó con su alma gemela, Luis en 1964 y poco después dio la bienvenida a dos hijos, María Carmen y Luis Alfonso. La familia se trasladó a Shafter en 1993 y Gloria decidió convertirse en mamá de casa a cuidar a su familia creciente. Gloria fue una persona que se preocupaba por el bien estar familiar, especialmente con sus nietos y bisnietos. Ella fue una esposa, abuela y bisabuela que dio buenos consejos. Gloria recorrió puertas celestiales de Dios el 3 de julio de 2018 rodeada por su familia cariñosa.
A Gloria le sobrevive su esposo amado, Luis Beltrán; hija, Maria Carmen Beltran; hijo, Luis Alfonso Beltran; nietos, Yolanda, Baltazar, Alex, Berenice, Luis, Ángel; bisnietos, Baltazar Jr. y Myla. Y su nuera Yolanda Beltran. Gloria se encuentra al lado de sus padres Antonio y Maria Garcia
Se celebrará una Misa de cristiana sepultura, miércoles, 11 de julio de 2018 a las 8:30am en la iglesia católica St. Therese. El velorió será martes, 10 de julio de 2018, de 4-8 pm con una recitación del Santo Rosario a las 6pm en la casa funeraria Peters en Shafter, Ca.
