Obituary for Michael L. Bice

Michael was born in Cleveland, Tennessee on October 11, 1953 to William and Jewel Bice. Michael passed away at the age of 65 on November 12, 2018. Michael married Nancy Sherrell on November 24, 1973 in Wasco, CA.
Michael worked as a mechanic for 45 years. He retired from CAMS in 2016 after 26 years, where he was affectionately known as Mikey. Michael loved his life as a mechanic and it didn’t stop at work. He could be found at home restoring a variety of old vehicles. He restored several… 60’s model Chevy trucks, his favorite being a 1966 Chevy Truck. If you couldn’t find him in his garage, you would find him camping and spending time with his family. Michael’s family meant the world to him. His favorite past time was spent on his boat catching fish with his fishing buddies. Michael was a character known for his stories and nicknames for all that came into his life.
Michael is survived by his wife of 44 years, Nancy Bice; his wonderful children Darin and wife Stephanie Bice, Heather and husband Michael Russell, Michelle and husband Damon Youngblood; his seven loving grandchildren Brent, Jakob and Bailee Russell, Grant and Andrew Bice, Alexis and Dustin Youngblood and siblings Don Bice Sr., sister Pamela Harris and husband Harold, and sister Sandy Hill and her husband David and many nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.
He is preceded in death by his parents William and Jewel Bice; sisters, Virginia Green and Linda Mullen; and brother, William (Bill) Bice Jr.; infant son Bryan Michael Bice
