Obituary for Mary McGowen
Mary Alice (Carmona) McGowen born July 27, 1965 died August 20, 2017 at the age of 52 years old. She is survived by her three sons and one daughter: Rodney Daniel McGowen, Brian Patrick McGowen, Daniel Luis Garcia, Victoria Inez McGowen and husband Carlos Rojas Poblino. Mary was a devoting mother, caring aunt, loving wife and loyal friend to many. Mary was a music enthusiast who enjoyed country, hip hop and spanish music. Mary could often be found dancing around her home with a coffee cup in… one hand and a cigarette in the other. Mary loved traveling to the beach every opportunity she got and even appreciated a beer or two. Her contagious smile and loving personality will be loved and missed by all.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, August 31, 2017 from 4-8pm at Peters Funeral Home in Shafter, Ca. A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 1, 2017 at 10am at Shafter Memorial Park.
