Daniel Lopez, 31 years old, passed away on April 16th at Kern Medical Hospital in Bakersfield, CA. He was born on March 6, 1992, in Delano, CA to Rogelio and Maria Lopez.  

Daniel grew up in Shafter, CA. He graduated from Richland Jr High in Shafter, Ca. He attended Shafter High in Shafter, Ca. After high school he worked at La Fiesta market in the meat department in Wasco, Ca. Daniel had plans to become a barber and desired to open his own shop with his brother. Daniel was enrolled in Barber college In Bakersfield, Ca during his passing. 

Daniel Lopez is survived by his brother Juan Lopez, mother Maria Lopez, Father Rogelio Lopez, niece Esperanza Luisa Olvera and Nephew Elisha Manuel Olvera. Cousins Marlena Olvera Segura, Edward John Olvera, Roman Manuel Olvera, Steven Anthony Olvera, Gasper Jr Gonzalez, and Marcos Gonzalez. Aunt Maria luisa Olvera uncles Gasper Sr. Gonzales and Edward M. Olvera, and many friends. 

Daniel’s departure left his family devastated and asking over and over "Why?"
 so suddenly... So unfairly His family and friends miss him terribly and an unfillable void resides in the space that is forever his. They were not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service and are reaching out to the community during this difficult time.  His family would like to give him the funeral service he deserves, to honor him and to say their last goodbyes. A funeral service will be held at La Rosa De Saron 154 w. Tulare Ave, Shafter, CA time and date to be announced. A visitation will be held at Basham & Lara Funeral Care, 343 State Ave Shafter, CA time and date to be announced. The Family would like to invite all friends and relatives. Burial will follow the funeral at Shafter Cemetery.
