Connie Alice Lopez was born in Delano, CA on June 23, 1963 to parents Jose M. Lopez and Connie C. Lopez. Connie was a fun-loving spirit, the life of the party, and knew no stranger. She was a devoted Catholic, wife, and mother. As the heart of our family, she was someone we could always depend on. She loved all her friends and family with all her heart.
Connie grew up in the quaint town of Shafter, California. After graduating from Shafter High School, she attended California State University, Bakersfield and Santa Barbara Business College, completing the Business curriculum in 1985. She would continue on into the Finance industry for 36 years, with her latest position as a Senior Registered Client Associate with Colatruglio Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors.
She enjoyed any activities that involved the family being together, going to the movies, baking and decorating cakes and cookies for hours in the kitchen with her daughter Alyssa, and date nights or even simply a relaxing evening at home on the couch with her husband Albert and the family dogs Chloe and Bella.
Connie was 58 when she passed away on September 25, 2021 in Bakersfield, California. She will be deeply missed, and she truly touched so many lives.
Connie is survived by her husband, Albert Lopez; daughter, Alyssa Lopez; mother-in-law, Lydia Lopez; sisters, Sandra Martinez, Lupe Vasquez, Carmen Lopez; brothers, Joe Lopez, Julio Lopez, David Lopez; godsons, Steven Prendez, Robert Prendez; goddaughter, Alyssa Prendez.
She has many surviving Tias, Tios, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, and friends whom she loved and who loved her dearly.
She is preceded in death by her grandmother Carmen Saludado; mother, Connie C. Lopez; father, Jose M. Lopez; nephew, Adrian Martinez
